You don't need to be in shape before setting foot in Tomahawk CrossFit. You don't even need to know how to do a single exercise.
We scale every workout for every individual, whether it's your first day in the gym or you've been coming for years. Every workout we write has scaled weight options, scaled movement options, and we display all movements each day to ensure athletes are confident.
Get as many one-on-one sessions as you need to feel 100% comfortable
and confident to hop into a group class setting.
Not into the whole group thing? We're happy to help you reach your goals in whatever way you want or need. We make sure on day one that we know our athletes' goals and can help them set a plan on how to achieve those goals.
