COME AS YOU ARE
You don't need to be in shape before setting foot in Tomahawk CrossFit. You don't even need to know how to do a single exercise.
We scale every workout for every individual, whether it's your first day in the gym or you've been coming for years. Every workout we write has scaled weight options, scaled movement options, and we display all movements each day to ensure athletes are confident.
Group CrossFit Classes
These are classes that will occur at a scheduled time, Monday-Saturday, that will consist of an instructor led session that will last for 1 hour.
Members can attend up to 2 classes each week.
No rollover sessions.
